DOOM is one of the most original and uncompromising voices in hip-hop, from his work in the 90’s with the seminal KMD to his legendary releases under a variety of aliases including MF Doom, Madvillain, King Geedorah, Viktor Vaughn, Dangerdoom & more.

Royce Da 5’9″ Prepares To Release New Album “Street Hop” October 20th

Q-Tip New Album “Kamaal The Abstract” In Stores September 15th

The legendary Q-Tip, of A Tribe Called Quest, finally gets an official release for his long-delayed 2001 album Kamaal the Abstract. A musical hybrid, Kamaal was ahead of its time in 2001, but some say it’s even more apropos in 2009. Q-Tip produced the entire album himself, Kamaal the Abstract still boasts all the earmarks of Q-Tip’s inimitable mic control. The album has been re-mixed and re-mastered for sonic impact. Better late than never!
