Young Mistah – For Real (Video)

Following S.M.O.O.V.E. Gang’s August release of their compilation album “The Smoovement Vol.1.” Boston’s own Young Mistah releases the first visual taken from the full-length, the self produced, solo offering “For Real.” The visual was directed by Johnny Fresh Visuals and co-stars the sultry actress/model Migdalia Sostre. “For Real” was crafted for music lovers, both young and old to vibe with and possibly inspire those who haven’t, to make that progressive step with that significant other in their life.

“Brace Yaself” is the lead off, taken from the upcoming full-length album from NY producer Dox Boogie and rising star MC, BZdaGod (Jack Thriller’s Thriller Gang). The self-titled “Dox Boogie & BZdaGod” features 2 Chainz, Super Scrull and Tori Franco, produced and mixed entirely by Dox Boogie. “Brace Yaself” is a lyrical attack and rhyme scheme barrage by BZdaGod over a grunge influenced banger. “Dox Boogie & BZdaGod” LP is 18 tracks, 3 skits, 1 secret song and all that we loved growing up on hip-hop. It’s a versatile album, comprising of radio joints to club bangers, to introspective and pain, to bass thumping street music.

FreshfromDE – Aston Martin (Single) (Produced by Roca Beats)

Back with another conceptual audible incarnation (previously “Fresh Gordon”), Delaware denizen FreshfromDE (formerly dFresh) this time around embodies the fictional Ian Fleming character known as 007. In the extremely catchy concept single “Aston Martin” produced by Dutch beatsmith Roca Beats, in concurrence with last weeks motion picture release of “SPECTRE.” This particular single is taken from the forthcoming FreshfromDE X Roca Beats (Netherlands) collaborative full-length LP, which is currently “Untitled” but will feature around 10-12 tracks by the international duo, no concrete release date yet (1st quarter, 2016) but expect to hear it sooner rather than later, in the meantime…

Deal The Villain – Nova Charm (Video)

Deal The Villain re-emerged this summer with the heist posse cut “Bulletproof Cookout.” With 4th quarter officially here, the NJ emcee has released a follow up to his first ever set of visuals “This Ain’t (Love)” taken from his debut EP “EPic,” with the extremely concise “Nova Charm” off his sophomore release “The People’s EP,” which is consequently Deal The Villain’s first ever appearance in a music video, in a performance simply to highlight the MC’s lyrical dexterity. “Nova Charm” is a teaser in anticipation of the forthcoming set of visuals for “Emerald Preference” which lands this November, these video releases are all in preparation for his lifestyle LP which drops this December titled… “Beards, Beats & Kicks”

Method Man x Dominique Larue x M-Dot – Shine (Video)

Some months back, Boston lyricist M-Dot let loose the 1st official single “Shine” off his long awaited debut album “Ego and The Enemy” (2 Part CD release). The track, which evokes raw Hip-Hop balanced with a current-day clean sound immediately was embraced worldwide, accumulating over 100k plays collectively over multiple audio platforms. Now he follows up with visuals to the Method Man (Wu-Tang), Dominique Larue and Katy Gunn assisted smash in this aesthetically pleasing, creatively focused animated offering by Serbian based director Slobodan Bokka Medarevic and the Street Hearted Videos team.

“Shine” is the second video in M-Dot / Own Lane Music’s “4th Quarter” onslaught. “Ego and The Enemy” (Disc 1: due out early 2016) will feature production by Hi-Tek, Marley Marl, Buckwild, M-Phazes, Marco Polo, !llmind, Da Beatminerz, 7L, Snowgoons and many more. Also, the sequel to “Shine” has already been recorded with M-Dot, Tical, producer Soulplusmind and a few SURPRISE guests all aboard for Part 2 (story-bridging visual in the works as well).

On March 23rd, 2015, Boston Hip-Hop faction EMS (Revalation, M-Dot, Kore, Mayhem, Undu Kati, Benefit & Desco) premiered their disingenuous single “The Spittin’ Dead” produced by Soul Infected. Now with the new TV series “Fear The Walking Dead” under way, EMS team up with director Don Chito (Most Wanted Filmz) to distinctly illustrate how specific aspects in society can make us current day zombies. “The Spittin’ Dead” is the second single from EMS member, Revalation’s forthcoming EP “Emergency Broadcast” available online soon.
